Our adecuado Audiovisual Content Creator

We’re looking for a passionate changemaker who has an immediate connection to our mission and vision. A creative talent in charge of producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement within the different MEDLIFE brands.

About the role

Support our Marketing team in various projects, produce dynamic, entertaining, and MEDLIFE audience-appropriate videos.

What will your day-to-day look like at MEDLIFE?

- Support the Marketing team in organizing and executing projects and campaigns.
- Capture and produce multimedia content (photos, videos, interviews) during visits to partner communities in Lima 1–3 times per week.
- Travel to communities outside Lima or project sites as needed, including 1–2-week trips/year for major projects.
- Edit videos according to required length, format, and creative guidelines.




- Write and edit scripts for promotional videos, reels, TikToks, interviews, and other creative formats.
- Publish and manage digital content across the website, YouTube, and social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and supporting promotional events, interviews, and field activities.
- Provide basic graphic design support and help with other creative or logistical tasks as needed.

What will you bring?

- 1+ year of work experience as a Content Creator/Audiovisual Assistant or trainee.
- Student or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, or related field.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
- Proficient in various video editing tools and other software
- Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
- Flexibility to go to MEDLIFE projects in the field.
- Must have a work portfolio (video, reels, TikToks).
- Desired (but not required): knowledge of basic graphic design and motion graphics.
