We are scaling our post-production division and seeking a sharp, organized Remote Creative Video Project Manager in Peru.

This role requires real ownership over post-production. You will be responsible for tracking active video projects, managing editor schedules, and making sure our post-production floor operates smoothly and predictably every single day.

What You’ll Drive

- Post-Production Routing: Log raw video inputs, distribute editing assignments based on editor strengths, and ensure asset handoffs happen without delay.
- Feedback Acceleration: Consolidate edit notes from creative directors into precise task lists inside project management boards so editors can execute revisions immediately.
- Delivery Schedule Defense: Track daily export goals for both short-form clips and long-form videos, flagging potential delay risks early and adjusting schedules proactively.
- Asset Library Hygiene:



Keep master video folders, graphic toolkits, music libraries, and final client exports organized cleanly across team drives.
