Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as first point of contact for borrowers, providing guidance on the loan process and requesting pre-qualification documents.
- Manage the company's CRM (Bonzo): complete pre-qualification tasks, track leads, and keep notes and tasks current.
- Follow a structured intake script to gather borrower information for new pre-approval requests.
- Partner with loan officers and processors to collect required paperwork and track pending items to keep files moving.
- Direct calls, emails, and texts to the right team member for follow-up, escalating time-sensitive issues promptly.

Skills:





- Strong customer rapport and attention to detail
- Experience managing CRMs and following structured workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Sound judgment on when and how to escalate a case

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in mortgage, real estate, or banking preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent

Setting: 100% Remote Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: S/.3,570.00 - S/.3,910.00 per month
