We are seeking a dedicated Video Editor (Long-Form Content) based in Peru to turn raw long-form footage into polished, highly captivating video products. You will be responsible for structuring stories, engineering visual pacing, and maintaining pristine audio and color pipelines across major YouTube channels.

What You’ll Drive

- Full-Cycle Editorial Execution: Edit 10–30+ minute long-form videos with sharp narrative cuts, dynamic sound design, and clean visual transitions.
- Graphic & Audio Layering: Build custom lower thirds, graphic callouts, visual pattern interrupts, and color correction passes that elevate production value.

Hit strict delivery timelines while adhering to internal quality control standards and creative brand bibles.

Your DNA & Tech Stack

- Professional NLE Mastery: Expert command of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. (Working knowledge of After Effects is a major bonus; CapCut is strictly forbidden).
- Infrastructure Readiness: Equipped with a powerful editing setup and high-speed fiber internet for large 4K file management.
- High Agency & Speed: You take feedback with extreme maturity, apply revisions quickly, and constantly seek to optimize your workflow output.
