RESPONSIBILITIES





- Coordinate daily property and operational activities
- Support landlords, tenants, applicants, and service providers
- Handle customer inquiries and operational issues
- Prepare leases, notices, and operational documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Track renewals, deadlines, and operational workflows
- Support other departments and provide operational backup
- Ensure timely resolution of client and operational requests
