As we continue to grow our Peru-based operations, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Intern to join our Lima team. This is a high-impact role with excellent learning and growth potential for someone eager to launch their career in HR, recruitment, and tech talent acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Job Posting & Outreach: Publish and promote job openings across various recruiting channels and platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review incoming CVs and applications to identify top potential candidates (cribado curricular).
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and internal hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Team & Culture Support: Assist with internal culture initiatives and support the HR team in creating an engaging environment.





What We’re Looking For

- Background: Prior internship or introductory experience in recruitment, talent selection, or HR processes.
- Recruiting Knowledge: Basic understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation practices.
- Language Skills: Advanced or conversational English (written and spoken) alongside fluent Spanish to interact seamlessly with both candidates and our international team.
- Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Location: Based in Lima, Peru, and available for on-site work.
