Responsibilities

- Providing overall leadership including strategic planning, sales, budget, cost control, production, quality control, HR, warehouse

- Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team.

- Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resources including utilization/allocation

- Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement.

- Build a high performance culture with a competent, versátil and committed workforce.

- Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations

- Overseeing all the production issues within factory

- Station in overseas locations (such as Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Mexico, etc.)

Requirements

- Degree holder in related management disciplines





- Minimum of 10 years working experience in manufacturing operations of factory with 5 years at managerial level in offshore countries

- Knowledge in printing is preferred

- Self-motivated, mature, ethical, and responsible

- Strength in strategic thinking and problem solving

- Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and independently

- Proficiency in using MS office to create reports, knowledge in IT system applications

- Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Cantonese/ Mandarin and English
