About the Role
We are seeking a Cruise Advisor Network Coordinator to support and help grow the Cruiser Travels Independent Cruise Travel Advisor Network, a U.S.-based program that helps independent advisors build and grow their own cruise travel businesses while leveraging the training, support, technology, supplier relationships, and resources provided by Cruiser Travels.
This position combines elements of recruiting, sales, relationship management, program coordination, and advisor support. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, helping others succeed, and contributing ideas that improve processes and results.
The Cruise Advisor Network Coordinator will play a key role in attracting new advisors to the network, supporting existing advisors, coordinating training opportunities, gathering feedback, improving advisor engagement, and helping management continue to strengthen and grow the program.
This is a highly visible position that requires professionalism, confidence, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Advisor Recruitment & Enrollment
- Contact prospective advisors who express interest in joining the program.
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls with applicants.
- Clearly explain the benefits, expectations, and opportunities available through the Cruiser Travels Independent Cruise Travel Advisor Network.
- Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective advisors.
- Answer applicant questions professionally and accurately.
- Follow up consistently with prospective advisors throughout the enrollment process.
- Coordinate interviews, enrollment activities, and onboarding preparation.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate prospect records.
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness and conversion rates.
Advisor Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for active advisors.
- Maintain regular communication with advisors to encourage engagement and participation.
- Assist advisors with program-related questions and concerns.
- Help identify advisors who may benefit from additional support, coaching, or training.
- Foster positive long-term relationships with advisors.
- Gather advisor feedback and communicate recommendations to management.
- Help identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for program improvement.
Training, Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate advisor training sessions, webinars, and educational opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding programs and advisor development initiatives.
- Help promote participation in training and advisor events.
- Coordinate communications related to training opportunities and program updates.
- Moderate advisor communities, including Facebook groups and other communication channels.
- Encourage engagement, answer questions, and help maintain a positive and professional advisor community.
Program Development & Administration
- Maintain accurate records within company systems and CRM platforms.
- Track recruitment metrics, onboarding progress,
and advisor engagement.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding advisor communications, webinars, informational meetings, and program initiatives.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of advisor-facing communications and events.
- Coordinate projects related to advisor growth, training, and program development.
- Work closely with management to improve processes, systems, and advisor experience.
- Prepare reports and updates regarding program performance and advisor activity.
- Make recommendations to improve advisor satisfaction, retention, engagement, and overall program performance.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Assist with website updates, advisor resources, and program materials.
- Coordinate recruiting campaigns and advisor marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular feedback regarding advisor needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Support special projects related to advisor acquisition, development, retention, and program growth.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Exceptional English Communication Required (Highest Priority)
Qualifications
- Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency. This position requires daily communication with U.S.-based professionals and almost exclusively English-speaking advisor applicants and active advisors. Because communication is one of the most important aspects of this role, English proficiency will be one of the primary factors considered during the hiring process.
- Clear, polished, and highly professional verbal communication skills.
- The ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and effectively in business conversations.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Strong written communication skills with proper grammar, spelling, and professionalism.
- The ability to confidently conduct phone calls, Zoom meetings, presentations, consultations, and one-on-one conversations in English.
- The ability to build rapport, communicate value, answer questions confidently, and represent the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network professionally.
Please note:
- This role is not suitable for candidates with basic, intermediate, or developing English proficiency.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals throughout the workday.
- Strong communication skills, pronunciation clarity, comprehension, professionalism, and overall English fluency will be heavily weighted throughout the hiring process.
Candidates who cannot communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English will not be considered.

- Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and virtual meetings.
- Experience working with online databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook Groups, social media communities, and online engagement tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications Skills
- Experience in recruiting, enrollment, admissions, sales, customer success, account management, business development, or community management.
- Experience conducting phone interviews, consultations, or discovery calls.
- Experience supporting training, onboarding, coaching, or educational programs.
- Experience moderating online communities or groups.
- Travel industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience working with U.S.-based customers or clients is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: s/. 2700 monthly base salary + recruitment bonuses
- Full-time, on-site position in Miraflores:
- The first 1–2 months will be fully in-office, after which the position may transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance, reliability, and business needs.
Recruitment Bonuses
In addition to the base salary, employees earn recruitment bonuses for each advisor successfully recruited and enrolled into the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network.
To qualify for a bonus, the advisor must remain active through the last day of the enrollment month. Bonuses are paid on the following payroll cycle.
- 70% plan - $15 bonus
- 80% plan - $30 bonus
- 90% plan -$150 bonus
- 100% plan - $750 bonus
