About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Bilingual Community Success Coordinator to support Latino community members throughout their journey with our organization. This role focuses on client follow-up, relationship building, appointment coordination, and CRM management to ensure every individual feels supported and connected to valuable resources.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound follow-up calls and maintain client engagement.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Send reminders via phone, email, SMS, and CRM workflows.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes.
- Re-engage inactive clients and support ongoing participation.
- Follow up with event attendees, inquiries, and referral partners.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure a positive client experience.

QualificationsRequired

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.




- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, client success, community outreach, nonprofit services, or a related field.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Preferred

- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
- Experience working with multicultural or underserved communities.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and AI productivity tools.

Schedule

- 25 hours per week
- Tuesday through Saturday
- 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM Pacific Time ( 4:00 PM - 9.00 pm for Peru)
