About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to help businesses grow by leading consultative sales conversations and delivering digital marketing solutions that create measurable results.

You'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers across the US market, guiding opportunities through discovery, solution presentations, negotiation, and close. While closing new business is the primary focus of this role, we also value professionals who take ownership of generating opportunities and enjoy contributing to strategic outbound initiatives rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

As our company continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to influence sales strategy, collaborate closely with leadership, and help build a repeatable, scalable sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Present tailored digital marketing solutions that align with each prospect's business objectives.
- Guide opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.




- Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners and senior decision-makers throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to outbound prospecting initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting pipeline development.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts, and detailed sales documentation.

What We're Looking ForRequired

- Proven success managing the full B2B sales cycle within the US market, from prospecting through signed agreements.
- Experience leading discovery conversations, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing new business.
- Confidence communicating with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and managing an active sales pipeline.
- Professional conversational English with confidence participating in business meetings and presentations.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred

- Experience selling digital marketing, web development, SaaS, or other professional services.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, medical practices, or other specialized industries.
- Experience developing outbound prospecting strategies or building your own pipeline.
