H&C; Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Project Coordinator – Construction Operations to support the Operations and Project Management departments across all active projects.

We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive professional with a strong technical background in reseidential construction, interior design-related fields and excellent English communication skills. This role is essential in maintaining operational alignment between the Lima office and U.S.-based teams, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient project coordination, and timely operational support.

This role’s mission is to support operational control, maintain efficient communication across departments, and assist the Operations team in keeping project information, reporting, forecasting, and coordination processes fully updated and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Support operational control processes through the maintenance and follow-up of dashboards, cost reports, and forecasting updates.
● Provide operational support to the U.S.-based Project Management team by assisting with technical and urgent project-related coordination.
● Serve as a centralized point of contact between internal teams, clients, and suppliers for project updates and coordination.
● Assist the Operations Manager in consolidating project information and preparing operational and executive reports.
● Coordinate and maintain project documentation, records, and internal tracking systems.




● Support process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement across operational workflows.
● Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project alignment and follow-up.
● Maintain accurate and organized project information within Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar systems.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related construction fields.
● Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, operational support, PMO, or construction-related roles.
● Advanced / Fluent English level (C1–C2) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Advanced Excel proficiency (required).
● Familiarity with Looker Studio (preferred).
● Experience with Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar construction management platforms (preferred).
● Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Compensation & Terms

● Employment Type: Full-Time under Peruvian MYPE payroll.
● Location: San Isidro, Lima (El Golf area).
● Modality: Hybrid – Monday to Friday on-site, with Wednesday remote / home office.
