What we're looking for:

- Previous experience handling Personal Injury cases.
- Experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of case management processes, medical records, demand packages, and client communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update case files.
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Collect and organize case-related documentation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all matters.
- Support the legal team throughout the case lifecycle.
