-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Talent

Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment initiatives across multiple departments

in Peru and the United States.

We are looking for a highly organized, resilient, and results-driven professional capable of

owning multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, driving hiring strategies, influencing

hiring decisions, and consistently delivering top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth

environment. This role requires exceptional ownership, adaptability, and the ability to

perform under ambitious hiring objectives.

The mission of this role is to build high-performing teams by leading the entire

recruitment operation—from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and

onboarding—while strengthening our employer brand and continuously improving

hiring processes that support the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple departments in Peru and the United

States.

● Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Indeed, universities, referrals,

social media, and additional recruitment channels.

● Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously while consistently achieving hiring

targets and recruitment KPIs.

● Partner with department leaders to define hiring priorities, idóneo candidate profiles, and

recruitment strategies.

● Conduct competency-based interviews and provide objective hiring recommendations.

● Design and optimize job postings, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding

initiatives to maximize candidate quality.

● Analyze recruitment metrics, prepare executive hiring reports,



and recommend continuous

process improvements.

● Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.● Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

● Lead cross-functional recruitment initiatives and strategic hiring projects that contribute to

organizational growth.

● Demonstrate flexibility by taking ownership of additional HR initiatives, special projects,

and evolving business priorities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

fields.

● 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with proven success

managing high-volume hiring processes.

● Advanced English level (B2–C1) with the ability to communicate effectively with

U.S.

-based stakeholders.

● Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting

aggressive hiring timelines.

● Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and modern sourcing tools.

● Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment KPIs to drive hiring decisions.

Compensation & Terms

● Employment Type: Full-Time under Peruvian MYPE payroll.

● Location: San Isidro, Lima (On-site).

● Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).

● Monthly Salary: PEN 1,600 gross.
