Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate additional revenue streams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, reports, and presentations to clients and management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.




- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or related commercial roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with corporate clients and managing strategic accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute account growth strategies.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
