Peru Hop is a hop-on, hop-off travel service for international travelers who want to explore Peru safely, flexibly, and beyond the typical tourist route. Led by passionate local hosts who are proud to share their country, and with unique stops along the way, we make it easy to experience the real Peru.

The role

As a Peru Hop Host, you don’t just guide a route, you’ll share stories, create group energy, help passengers feel comfortable, manage logistics & sales, and turn long rides into experiences guests talk about for the rest of their lives.

If you’re great with people, confident leading a group, and can quickly adapt to different situations and personalities — THIS IS FOR YOU!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading and energizing groups of international travelers
- Sharing stories and insights about Peru throughout the route
- Creating a fun, welcoming, and organized atmosphere on route
- Supporting guests with logistics, timing, and recommendations
- Natural salesperson, persuasive.
- Representing Peru Hop’s personality, standards, and care for guests





You’re a Great Fit If You

- Have experience in tourism, hospitality, events, entertainment, or guest service
- Speak English clearly and confidently (accent doesn’t matter)
- Are outgoing, adaptable, and comfortable speaking to groups
- Naturally take initiative and solve problems on the go
- Know Peru well — or are excited to learn fast
- Can handle long days, changing schedules, and high energy environments
- Have lived, worked, or traveled abroad (preferred but not required)
