We are searching for a Regional Sales & Operations Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Lima office.

What Success Looks Like

- Sales Growth: Identify and secure new clients across government and private sectors, including the American Embassy and other institutional accounts.
- Client Expansion: Drive revenue growth across interpreting, translation, call center, virtual assistance, and staffing services.
- Innovation: Explore and develop new service offerings, including immigration consulting, English language courses, and interpreter training programs.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, supervise an assistant, and establish KPIs to measure and improve performance.
- Strategic Vision:



Analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and align initiatives with the company's long-term objectives.

Who We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably within the interpreting, translation, BPO, or staffing industries
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales performance analytics
- Experience with government or institutional bidding is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
