Legal Intake Specialist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Salary: $5 - $7 USD per hour

About the Role:

Are you a go-getter with a sharp eye for detail, who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist with U.S. law firm experience, particularly in Personal Injury or Lemon Law, to join our growing team!

As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a crucial role in securing cases by gathering key case details, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless intake process. If you’re bilingual in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, and excel at multitasking in high-pressure situations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, gathering case details in English and Spanish.
- Assess client needs and identify viable cases for the legal team.
- Effectively communicate firm processes and legal services with empathy and professionalism.
- Utilize sales and persuasion techniques to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and handle confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in a U.S.



law firm (Personal Injury or Lemon Law preferred).
- Prior legal intake or sales experience handling client onboarding.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency (Fluent in both spoken & written English and Spanish).
- Excellent attention to detail – ability to capture case information accurately.
- Confident, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Resilient & results-driven – thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable navigating case management software and CRM tools.

Technical Requirements:

- Personal Computer running Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- Dual monitors for increased productivity
- 16GB RAM
- Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet only, NO WiFi)
- Noise-canceling USB headset with microphone (No Bluetooth/wireless)
- Internet speeds of 50mbps download & 25mbps upload or higher
