Our growing company is looking for a skilled and highly motivated litigation paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with one of our clients and professionals to provide support in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities

Draft petitions – including research of defendants including Texas SOS, etc.
Draft discovery requests and notices – interrogatories, requests for production, request for
admissions, deposition notices, etc.
Draft basic motions – continuance, default judgments, non-suits, etc.
Responding to discovery – talk w clients, draft responses including objections, finalize, circulate
to counsel
Assisting with preparation of clients for their depositions
Filing with the Courts – lawsuits, motions, discovery,



18.001 affidavits, etc.
Citations after lawsuit filed – forward to process server, monitor progress, confirm service
Coordinating depositions – communicating with clients, communicating with defense counsel,
communicating with third party witnesses (eyewitnesses, police officers, doctors, experts, etc)
Coordinating mediations – with mediators, counsel, and clients
Coordinating with our experts – basic communication, providing deadlines, obtaining required
information and documents including CVs, bibliography, expert reports, etc.

Bachelor's degree in law

Managing litigation calendar – docketing deadlines and settings, monitoring deadlines
Proficiency with the law firm’s Case Management System, Filevine
Bilingual – English/Spanish
