The Role

- Experiencia en la gestión de INCs en ambiente de TI no menor a 3 años
- Entendimiento claro de un ecosistema tecnológico y procesos de negocio
- Punto de contacto para el proceso, comunicación, escalamiento y gestión de INC MAS; controlar, notificar y escal ar el cumplimiento del tiempo de ejecuci f3n en una incidencia.
- Capacidad de Liderar/Orquestar las sesiones de INCs, Problemas, Preventivo, WR, Remediaci f3n
- Actividades de gesti f3n: Pre-Comit e9 INCs, Post Pre-Comit e9 de INCs, Comit e9 de INCs, Post Comit e9 de INCs, War Room (WR), Monitoreo Preventivo
- Seguimiento: Informes WR, INCs MAS abiertos (0 y 1), Alertas Willy y Dynatrace, Atender alertas por Xmatters, Tickets Problema
- Entregar informaci f3n para auditorias
- Respaldar Informes de la gesti f3n

Who You Are

- Capacitaciones y/o Certificaciones deseables:
- Certificaci f3n o capacitaci f3n equivalente en procesos ITIL y Gesti f3n de Crisis
- Certificaci f3n ITIL Foundation
- Metodolog edas Agiles (Scrum y Kanban)
