Coordinar con los diferentes recursos para desarrollar planes, ejecutar y lograr objetivos.* Garantizar el control de costos de producción y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ahorro.* Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción mediante un liderazgo claro con las áreas de planeamiento y abastecimiento, para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos y maximizar la eficiencia operativa del área, optimizando el uso de recursos.* Impulsar el crecimiento y desarrollo del equipo de trabajo.* Liderar y promover el empoderamiento del equipo de trabajo, mediante una cultura de alto rendimiento, desarrollo de personal y seguridad de clase mundial.**What we look for:*** Bachiller en Ingenieria Industrial, Ingenieria Quimica,



Mecanica o experiencia laboral equivalente con + de 10 años en manufactura en compañías internacionales de consumo masivo.* Demostrada experiencia en la implementación de TPM, Lean Manufacturing u otras metodologias de mejora continua.* Expertise en manejo de costos, control de presupuestos y politicas de control interno (TDC, Costos Estandar, SOX).* Ingles Avanzado.* Habilidades en liderazgo e influencia, proactividad, desarrollo de equipos, toma de decisiones.## **Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
