We’re looking to hire a Social Media Campaign Coordinator for a Fortune 500 entertainment client . You’ll join the Media team to be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social and search campaigns; including setup, quality assurance, and optimization. Must have experience managing paid campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search, etc. This is a 12 – month contract + extension . The team is located in Culver City, CA , and the role is fully on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

- This involves adhering to best practices across all campaign lifecycles. The role requires close collaboration with the performance pod team, external agency partners, and data teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Campaign Execution: Overseeing the delivery and trafficking of creative assets, ensuring accurate campaign setup and implementation across platforms.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to establish seamless first-party data integration for campaign targeting.
- Monitoring campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing changes in collaboration with the team.
- Maintaining comprehensive campaign documentation for both pre-launch and post-campaign analysis.





Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Search.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- In-depth understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape, with a particular focus on addressable media.
- Proven track record in planning, managing, and optimizing paid social and programmatic campaigns across multiple performance platforms.
- Expertise in biddable media planning, strategy, and optimization techniques.
- Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Pivot Graphs, and Data Tables.
- Demonstrated experience with programmatically-bought paid social media advertising.
- Nice to have: using DoubleClick DSP or other third-party tracking solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with competing priorities.
