Principal Consultant at Selby Jennings | Financial Operations

Responsibilities:

- Support investment operations by collaborating with Senior Associates and the Director of Operations.
- Review controls and ensure SLAs with third-party back-office vendors are met.
- Manage data integrity, trade settlement, investment accounting/reconciliations, proxy voting, corporate actions, and monthly performance reviews.
- Provide accurate client statements and reports on various schedules.




- Monitor technology vendors and troubleshoot connectivity issues with applications like Salesforce (CRM).

Qualifications:

- 2-7 years of experience in investment operations within a general investment strategies framework.
- Extensive experience in trade operations, client statements, and investment accounting.
- Deep understanding of OMS investment book of record (IBOR).
- Ability to oversee third-party vendors for daily processing and systems management.
