We are seeking a skilled Structural Drafter & Modeler to support our residential and commercial projects across the U.S. The adecuado candidate will have experience drafting and modeling structural projects in wood, steel, and concrete , with proven expertise in preparing accurate construction drawings and models. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with U.S. project standards.

Responsibilities

- Draft and model structural elements for residential and commercial projects (wood, steel, concrete).
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Revise drawings and models based on feedback from the project team.




- Maintain organized project files and meet established deadlines.

Proven experience as a structural drafter/modeler, preferably in U.S.-based projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Advance Steel .

Strong knowledge of structural drafting standards and practices.

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Ability to deliver a professional portfolio of completed projects .

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
