$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do:

- Lead financial operations for private credit funds, SMAs, and co-investment vehicles.
- Oversee capital calls, distributions, and performance waterfall models.
- Partner with investment teams on deal structuring, valuations, and portfolio monitoring.
- Streamline processes with technology-driven solutions for speed and accuracy.

What You Bring:

- 7+ years’ accounting experience, including 3+ in private credit or fund accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, investment company accounting,



and debt/credit structures.
- Tech-forward mindset with advanced Excel and fund accounting software skills.
- CPA Preferred
