Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

B2C Sales Bilingual Korean

- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Manage key national accounts across major mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons).

Responsibilities:

- Establish and strengthen customer relationships with key retailers and negotiate customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans aligned with company strategies.
- Lead and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
- Manage key national accounts across major mass and grocery retailers (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons).
- Develop and implement pricing strategies while optimizing trade spend.
- Own account-level P&L;, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and distributors to expand market presence.
- Plan and execute retail promotions, product launches, and merchandising resets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—finance, operations,



and marketing—to align on sales strategies.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the sales team in retailer meetings, trade shows, and internal business reviews.
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
- Conduct frontline assessments of market conditions and communicate insights to the team.

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Deep understanding of mainstream retail channels and broker/distributor management.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales platforms.
