Shift: M-F, 8-5

Locations: HYBRID - 2-3x per week Las Vegas NV or Henderson

Duration: 6 month to hire

($70,000 to $75,000 salary conversion)

Insight Integral is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Contracts Coordinator to support a leading healthcare organization in the Las Vegas Area. This role plays a key role in managing physician and non-physician contracts, lease agreements, and financial operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with contract terms, auditing payments, and maintaining accurate documentation; monitoring contract expirations and coordinating renewals; and supporting various finance functions such as accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting, KPI reporting, expense management, grant administration, and decision support. This role is a contract to hire position that will convert at $70,000k+. Anyone willing to entertain this role should be prepared to work on-site at one of the facilities for 2-3 days per week.

Required

3–5 years of professional experience working in healthcare within one of the following disciplines:

- Accounting

- Revenue Cycle

Previous experience maintaining and updating contract databases as well as lease agreements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.

Comfortable working with C-suite executives and senior leadership.





Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and computer literacy.
