People Transformation Analyst - Weir, Peru / India (Hybrid)
Purpose of Role: Supports analysis of the people dimension of transformation — workforce impact, organisation design, capability needs — and HR’s readiness to enable the transformation. Acts as a link between the programme and HR domain helping translate future-state org and people decisions into clear requirements HR operating model and service delivery, including process, data infrastructure, technology and policy.
