MyOutDesk is seeking a talented and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (English and Spanish) to join our expanding team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
✅ Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
✅ Utilize CRM tools to track leads and sales progress accurately
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction
➡️ Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills
➡️ Proven experience in sales or business development (3+ years preferred)
➡️ Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes

➡️ Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals
➡️ Availability: Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to US time zones/schedules (48-hour work week).
