Your Role
As a
Bilingual Accountant
, you'll be the financial backbone for US clients, ensuring seamless
AP, AR, payroll, and month-end closing
while bridging language and cultural gaps.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
accounts payable/receivable
, payroll processing, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate
month-end and year-end closing
for US clients
Prepare financial reports in compliance with
GAAP/US standards
Liaise with US teams in
flawless English/Spanish
(written & spoken)
Optimize processes using
QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
Required Qualifications
Education:




Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Language:
Advanced/Fluent English
(written and spoken) is a must.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or outsourcing setting.
Software:
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), and advanced MS Excel skills.
Knowledge: AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting
Availability:
Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to US time zones/schedules (48-hour work week).
