Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transaction coordination for real estate contracts, from executed agreement through closing.
- Prepare, send, and track contracts, addenda, disclosures, and required documentation through e-sign platforms.
- Communicate with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, and vendors to keep transactions on schedule.
- Update and maintain transaction records, key dates, and milestones in the CRM (FollowUp Boss).
- Review, audit, and improve existing operational processes; create and document new workflows as needed.
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions to streamline day-to-day operations.
- Support ad-hoc light marketing tasks (social media updates, listing content, and email campaigns).





- Provide daily executive support to ownership (scheduling, correspondence, and task management).
- Build and document step-by-step systems and processes for each business function as tasks are learned, creating a repeatable operational playbook for the business.

- High attention to detail when reviewing contracts, documents, and transaction timelines
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, agents, and vendors

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations or client-facing role (real estate experience is a plus)
