Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented,
Bilingual Accountant
to join our team at our
San Isidro office
. In this role, you will manage financial operations for US-based clients, ensuring compliance with international standards and providing strategic insights to support their growth.
Manage full-cycle accounting processes (AP/AR, financial statements, and payroll) for US entities.
Ensure compliance with
US GAAP
and international accounting standards.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Communicate directly with US clients and stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries.
Support audit processes and tax compliance requirements.
Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices.
Required Qualifications




Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Language:
Advanced/Fluent English
(written and spoken) is a must.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or outsourcing setting.
Software:
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), and advanced MS Excel skills.
Availability:
Must be able to work on-site in San Isidro and adapt to US time zones/schedules (48-hour work week).
