Description

We are seeking a growth-minded Senior CRM Specialist to own and elevate our end-to-end user communication ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Configuration and management of user communication (push & in-app & email)
- Collaboration with cross-functional departments and teams (Business Development, Product, Marketing, and Creative Lab) to develop and maintain a consistent content plan
- Analysis of key network KPIs (ER, IR, LTV) and user lifecycle
- Regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, campaign effectiveness, etc
- Reporting on region-specific metrics and communication performance
- Testing of new mechanics and content
- Exploration of the user database to identify insights and growth opportunities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Experience in CRM/Email/targeted marketing
- Experience working with large user databases
- Proficiency in generating reports and visualizing data (Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets)
- Experience in constructing and analyzing product funnels




- Ability to design sequences of triggered communications
- Proficiency in working with User Engagement platforms
- Fluency or working proficiency in Portuguese
