About the Role

This position is for our client, an innovative US healthtech SaaS platform transforming behavioral health practice operations. They are building AI-native features directly into their core product — intelligent scheduling, automated document parsing, and predictive analytics — and need engineers who can architect for that future today.

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and hands-on AI/ML integration experience to lead the design of scalable, AI-ready backend systems. This is a high-autonomy role: on most projects you'll own planning, implementation, testing, and deployment end-to-end, with support (not oversight) from the client's Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable RESTful APIs using C# and .NET (Core/8/9)





• Own and evolve backend architecture with emphasis on modular design, testability, and extensibility for AI-driven features

• Architect and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into production workflows (document parsing, intelligent scheduling, predictive analytics) — including prompt/context design, retrieval strategies, and cost/latency tradeoffs

• Develop high-quality database models and SQL queries supporting both transactional and AI-augmented data flows

• Implement and maintain unit/integration test coverage, including evaluation frameworks for AI-driven logic (xUnit + AI eval tooling)

• Lead code reviews and architecture discussions, advocating for clean code, TDD/BDD, and sound AI system design

• Work with DevOps and product teams on CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps) and Docker-based containerization
