An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic
Construction Project Executive
for the construction of a new music arena in Lima, Peru. The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in construction project management, leadership at a senior level, and a proven ability to oversee large and complex projects. This role requires native/bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, exceptional organizational, financial, and communication skills, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What This Role Will Do
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Responsible for achieving construction schedule, budget, and scope on behalf of owner for large-scale entertainment venue(s) in Lima
- For each venue, determine most advantageous construction contract structure and lead negotiations with construction manager, general contractor, or the like
- Manage and collaborate
