We are looking for a
Legal Advisor
with previous experience supporting a
law firm.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 Level)
- Call Management,
clear, professional speaking voice and strong listening skills.
- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor
- Previous experience in a law firm, legal office, legal intake, or legal support role
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Zoom, RingCentral, and similar communication tools
