We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for our subsidiary in Perú, with experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and financial systems. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment, supporting local and regional financial processes and contributing to accurate and reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review accounting transactions and journal entries in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
Support cash flow reporting, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
Support the preparation of tax returns and tax audits.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
Provide support during internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Technical Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations and financial processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization tools is desirable.
Intermediate/Advanced English communication skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAGE X3, or similar)
Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
Experience in multinational companies, corporate reporting, and/or external audit firms is desirable.
