The Role
This is a hands-on, execution-focused Digital Marketing role for someone who is equally comfortable in a CRM dashboard, a Google Ads account, and a WordPress backend. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to run the day-to-day digital operation — managing paid media, owning the social calendar, analyzing performance data, maintaining the website, and keeping the influencer marketing program organized and moving.
This isn't a strategy role. It's a build it, run it, improve it role — and your work will be directly tied to driving traffic and results.

Responsibilities:
- CRM & Data: Manage CRM data and digital operations; track conversion rates, traffic, and performance across channels.
- Paid Media:



Run and optimize Google Ads and paid social campaigns against set goals and budgets; report consistently.
- Social Media & Content: Own and execute the social media calendar; coordinate with the Guest Services Team on organic posting and community management.
- Influencer Marketing: Manage an active roster of 15-20 influencers; maintain the program process and hand off workflows to the team.
- Website & Technical: Keep the site current, fix what breaks (WordPress, integrations, forms); maintain SEO hygiene, GTM, and OTA listings.
- Systems & Documentation: Build templates, asset libraries, and process docs that keep marketing organized and repeatable.

Requirements
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — professional, composed, and empathetic under pressure.
- Stable work history: no more than 3 employers in the last 3 years
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience supporting U.S.-based clients.
