You will:
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements clarification, solution design, development, testing, deployment,
and production support
- Provide technical leadership within the team, ensuring clear direction on implementation, architecture, and resolution of technical challenges
- Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices in coding, system design, and Agile delivery
- Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to align on requirements, technical approach, and dependency management
- Support execution of the technical roadmap, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, scalability, and reliability
- Take ownership of critical services that support high-volume financial transactions across Paysafe platforms
- Contribute to technical decision-making, providing input within established architectural standards and guidelines
