- Loan Partners need financial knowledge and excellent customer service since they are the facilitator of the mortgage loan approval process, and they must be able to build a trusting relationship with clients and stakeholders.

General Job Description

- Generate loan files by assessing the clients' financial situation and verifying documentation with appropriate sources.
- Pre-qualify the client and offer the best scenarios restructuring weak transactions into creditworthy loans if necessary.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients, loan officers, real estate agents, investors, title companies and so on, following up and building relationships to promote business opportunities.




- Achieve production goals and objectives up to the closing loan date maximizing efficiency.
