Data & Reporting Analyst – Contrato a plazo

The Data & Reporting Analyst for the Biddable CoE is a pivotal member of our team, responsible for transforming complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain custom and automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations for client marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Data Collection and Management: Collect, maintain, manage, interpret, and analyze data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of marketing channel and website performance to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and develop actionable recommendations to optimize campaign strategies.
- Insight Generation and Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling insights that drive marketing strategy, and collaborate with client management and strategy teams to present findings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams and clients to share key learnings and contribute to development of measurement tools and reporting standards.
- Process Improvement:



Participate in performance audits and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within media, ad tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (charts, pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA a plus) for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, QlikView, and/or Tableau to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with analytics and data tools relevant to marketing and reporting.
