About the Role

As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be the face of LATAM on board — ensuring safety while creating an exceptional travel experience for every passenger. You’ll carry the spirit of hospitality that defines who we are.

What to Expect

- Location: Lima Airport (must live in Lima).
- Schedule: Full‑time, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Contract: Fixed‑term for 3 months, possibility of renewal.
- Work mode: On‑site.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior aviation training — LATAM Academy will guide you through our comprehensive cabin crew program.

- Completed secondary education and/or technical or university studies.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in customer‑facing or service roles.




- An intermediate level of English — if you understood this, you’re off to a great start.
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Residency in Lima, as your base will be Lima Airport.
