Job Summary

The Associate Construction Specialist supports the successful execution of railway signaling and infrastructure projects by assisting with on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and quality specifications.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of various construction activities on railway projects.
- Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and design specifications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident reports.
- Help in managing and tracking materials, equipment, and resources on site.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify potential issues and proactively contribute to problem‑solving efforts.
- Support the implementation of quality control procedures and participate in site audits.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,



Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in construction, preferably within the railway or heavy infrastructure sector.
- Basic understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
