Your Role: Litigation Associate Attorney- Insurance, general liability, products liability - Plaintiff or defense

- Conducting and defending expert and witness depositions.
- Drafting motions and other complex litigation documents.
- Preparing discovery requests and drafting responses for exchange with various parties.
- Building and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communication.
- Assisting with trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, and organizing exhibit and witness lists.
- Competitive salary up to $225k, dependent on experience + monthly bonus
- Comprehensive health benefits with a robust 401K plan
- Locations: Los Angeles - hybrid

Requirements:

- Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in high exposure, catastrophic, personal injury cases, including products liability and general negligence.
- Civil litigation experience preferred;
