**Role Responsibilities**We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to support and maintain business-critical applications across Peru and Argentina. This role is responsible for ensuring application stability, operational continuity, and the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Create and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures, test evidence, incident records, and knowledge base articles.**Role Requirements**Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.2+ years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise applications in a multinational environment.Experience with .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Oracle Database, and/or Microsoft SQL Server.Knowledge of SQL, application troubleshooting,
