Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM ET + rotating Saturday (approximately once per month)
Total compensation: 3,250 PEN

Position Overview

ClaimAngel is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Representative / Intake Specialist to support customers throughout the onboarding and application process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with onboarding, applications, and case-related inquiries.
- Conduct intake calls and gather required information.
- Follow up on pending documentation and application status.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).




- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Customer Support, Intake, or related roles.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with high levels of empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred

- Experience with customer onboarding or intake processes.
- Experience in legal services, insurance, healthcare, or related industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar CRM tools.
