We are currently looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and specialized positions.
- Post job openings across multiple recruitment channels and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide continuous follow-up throughout each stage of the recruitment process.





- Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics while ensuring candidate databases and recruitment records remain accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Proven experience conducting competency-based interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using digital recruitment tools.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+) or higher is required. English skills will be assessed during the selection process.
- Availability to work on-site.
- Must reside in or near El Agustino, Santa Anita, Ate, or San Luis, Lima.
