Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve availability and performance of the production environments (from presentation and application layers to middleware and databases)





Provide escalation coverage in the “Follow The Sun” support model

Pro-actively manage the capacity of production applications

Customize production tools (monitoring, batch scheduling, backups, deployment tools, automation)

Provide feedback and propose solutions to management on performance and capacity Requierments:

System administration – experience on Windows and Linux/Unix systems : IIS, .NET, WCF, Weblogic Application Server, Apache, Tomcat, Java EE, Nginx

Monitoring & Scheduling – experience of some of the following preferable: Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus & DollarUniverse

Scripting (Python, Shell, SQL....) and development skills for administration, monitoring and support tools. Practice on Ansible / Terraform automation

Appreciation of production processes, including change and release management; incident and problem management skills, with knowledge of ITIL

Databases – SQL Server and Oracle Languages:

English ➔ Advanced
