Role Description The Analyst for importing medicines and medical supplies is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting data, regulatory, and logistics activities related to international procurement. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data on suppliers, shipment timelines, pricing, and demand forecasts to inform sourcing decisions.

The Analyst will monitor regulatory and compliance requirements for importing pharmaceuticals and medical products, helping ensure documentation and approvals are accurate and up to date. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders,



tracking key performance indicators, and identifying risks or bottlenecks in the supply chain. The Analyst will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams via virtual meetings and digital tools, contributing to process improvements and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform data collection, analysis, and reporting related to procurement, logistics, or healthcare operations.
- Knowledge of or interest in regulatory compliance for medicines and medical supplies, including import documentation and quality standards.
- Strong skills in using spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or analytical software to organize and present information clearly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings and collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, remote environment.
- Relevant education in fields such as supply chain, public health, pharmacy, business, economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare supply chains, international trade, or pharmaceutical imports is an advantage.
