BuildOps Dispatch Coordinator

We're looking for an experienced BuildOps Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and dispatch commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians. The adecuado candidate has hands-on experience with BuildOps, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage both emergency and scheduled service operations in a 24/7 setting.

Responsibilities

- Dispatch and schedule field technicians using BuildOps.
- Coordinate emergency service calls and preventive maintenance appointments.
- Monitor technician routes, job status, and completion times.
- Update work orders, service notes, and customer records within BuildOps.
- Communicate with customers regarding technician ETA, scheduling, and service updates.
- Coordinate closely with field technicians to ensure efficient job execution.
- Prioritize urgent service requests while optimizing technician schedules.
- Maintain accurate dispatch logs and ensure timely follow-up on open work orders.

Requirements

- Mandatory:



Hands-on experience using BuildOps.
- Experience dispatching commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing technicians.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 service environment.
- Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergency dispatch situations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications.

- Experience supporting commercial service contractors.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Familiarity with technician routing and service optimization.
