At Kin Analytics, Forward Deployed Data Scientists sit at the intersection of client and model. You don't hand work down a chain — you own the full arc: from discovery and scoping, through modeling and deployment, to measurable business outcomes.

We're a B Corp data analytics and AI consultancy serving clients across 30+ countries. Our team is 100% remote, distributed across Latin America, Europe, and North America. What you'll do

Embed with client teams to translate business and operational challenges into modeling and product problems

Own the full lifecycle of analytical solutions: scoping, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration

Build scalable, reproducible data pipelines and inference services inside client environments

Lead client-facing conversations — workshops, technical reviews, and executive readouts

Define success metrics, run experiments, and quantify business impact

Surface and help scope new commercial opportunities through delivery work

Mentor colleagues and contribute to internal tooling and playbooks What we're looking for

1–2 years of minimum hands-on experience in data science, applied ML, or analytics — industry experience preferred (academic years discounted)

Proficiency in Python across the data science stack: pandas, scikit-learn, gradient boosting, and deep learning frameworks where relevant





Strong SQL and comfort working with real-world, messy client data

Experience shipping to production — pipelines, version control (Git), CI/CD discipline

Familiarity with cloud environments, Docker, and MLOps tooling

Comfort with AI-native tools: Claude, agents, MCPs

Client-facing confidence: able to manage scope, push back, and communicate trade-offs to business stakeholders

Commercial awareness — recognizing opportunity signals during delivery

Fluent written and spoken English Nice to have

Experience in a consultancy or client-embedded delivery role

Background in Finance, Retail, or Consumer analytics

Exposure to experiment design and causal inference What we offer
